Does it fit on all licenses plates? YES, all U.S.A. sold motorcycle licenses plates and mounts.
Are the snaps or screws going to rust or corrode with all the road grime? NO, we choose premium stain-less steel snaps and screws for our riders. Stain-less steel is designed for a long and durable life.
Is it illegal for an object to cover your license plate numbers and letters? NO, since it is clear it won’t affect your motorcycle’s license plate; the letters and numbers are still visible. However, if concerned always check with your local law enforcement agency.
Is the sun going to deteriorate the clarity and give it a yellowish tint? NO, there is a UV additive in the product that prevents yellowing and coloring from the sun’s rays.
Is the kick snap plate going to hold my motorcycle? YES, all the product needs to do is prevent the kickstand from sinking into the surface IT is on. You will be able to park where you want to, not where you have to.
Is the kick snap plate going to shatter, crack, or break with an overly heavy motorcycle? NO, the kick snap plate is made out of *Makrolon® or like ther of product which is commonly used in RIOT SHIELDS. This product is a high strength, impact and heat resistant polycarbonate.
Can I still use it if I only have 2 holes that bolt to my license plate frame? We prefer you screw the other 2 screws and bolts on to the license plate even if it doesn’t connect to the license plate frame to ensure a secure fit. However we have tested this plate at speeds exceeding 120mph+ with only 2 snaps fastened and it was secure under these extreme conditions.
Will the snaps become weakened over time and no longer stay attached to the license plate mounts? NO, snaps will hold up to time because of the premium stain-less steel snaps, bolts, and screws we choose for our products. For a couple practical examples grab an old pair of jeans that you have had forever and snap and unsnap them. Most last a lifetime. Walk to a local boat yard or dock and snap and unsnap the button snaps used for The boat covers which have been beaten by the elements for years, the material rips, and snaps still work.

If I am a business and want these in my store can I order these still? YES, you may order in bulk, although if you contact us through our contacts us page for the bulk order we have a reduced wholesale price and form of shipments for you to choose from.
Do I have to drill a hole in my motorcycle? NO, there are premium stainless steel machine bolts along with a premium stainless steel nylon lock nuts provided to you by Kick Snap LLC. Please visit our gallery for a 30 second how to install video
What tools will I need to install my new Kick Snap Plate? All you need is a Phillip’s screw driver for the machine bolt and a 5/16” wrench or socket for the nut.
Does the Kick Snap Plate work and fit on a moped? YES, Kick Snap Plate will fit on all moped license plates and the mount on all U.S. license plates.
